Meet the Team
Shabitha is a passionate legal professional dedicated to finding timely solutions that meet her clients' present and future needs. With a knack for solving complex legal issues, she provides clear explanations and advice, taking possible outcomes into account.
Before establishing her own practice, Shabitha gained invaluable experience at Joannidis & Associates, where she worked early in her career under the mentorship of Takis Joannidis, an experienced practitioner with over 55 years of experience. She maintains strong working relationships with her clients, referrers, barristers and networks.
Having co-founded MSA Lawyers, Shabitha still continues to hold her clients deeds in safekeeping.
Shabitha is admitted to practice as an Australian legal practitioner, including in Australian Federal jurisdictions such as the High Court of Australia. She is an active member of the Family Law Section's Courts Practice Committee and the Succession Law Executive Committee.
With her expertise, Shabitha successfully manages litigation matters across various Courts and Tribunals throughout Australia.
